- Here are some reasons why tracking information may not be available:
- In cases of high shipping volume, the first scan of your package may only occur once it reaches a regional processing center near its delivery location, and the carrier may not acknowledge receipt of the package until then.
- The initial scan may happen upon delivery, not before.
- There could be delays in updating the tracking information.
- For shipments such as Standard International shipping, tracking details may not be available. Nonetheless, rest easy knowing that your package will typically arrive within 20 to 25 business days, as promised.

How are shipping and delivery dates calculated?
- We calculate delivery estimates by adding the transit time to the estimated shipping date.
- The time it takes for your order to be delivered depends on the shipping method you choose, and we calculate this using business days only. Saturday and Sunday are typically excluded from transit time unless you select an option for weekend delivery. Please note that public holidays may also affect the delivery time, so we account for those when providing an estimate.
- In certain cases, we offer a countdown timer to show how much time you have left to place your order and receive it by the specified delivery date. Keep in mind that the date could change before your order is placed. You will receive the final delivery date in your order confirmation email once your purchase is complete.
- By selecting Free Shipping, your order will typically arrive within 7 to 25 business days. To keep shipping costs low, we process orders using the most efficient and affordable methods. Although minor delays can happen from time to time, we will work to ensure that your package reaches you within the expected time window.
